Jackie Waite – Founder & MD

Jackie is a seasoned practitioner who provides leadership coaching and development in one-to-one and team formats. She works with Executives and their teams not only to drive individual behaviour change and increase leader impact but also bring about wider cultural change fuelling business results. Her work history demonstrates sound strategic HR and, having sat on Executive teams, has helped drive business outcomes through people strategy, enabling the executive to recognise how HR strategy needs to consistently reinforce the culture through it’s practice. This creates a unique ability to work at the micro level of advisory and coaching with Executives based on her macro level of understanding of an organisation’s business drivers.

She supports leaders in building high performing teams, improving communication and engagement, managing change and ambiguity – all critical to leadership success. Further, during significant career phases, Jackie can help to ensure that top talent stay engaged and aligned to organisational goals and objectives. Supporting talent through transitions such as parental leave, lateral moves and promotions, on-boarding of new talent, following organisational restructures and during periods of significant change is a critical investment often overlooked by organisations.

Jackie provides executive advisory and leadership coaching to CEOs/MDs and high potential staff from a range of backgrounds including Media & Communications, Finance, Banking, HR, Marketing & Business Operations. She will often facilitate these CEOs and their teams through the process of setting their business strategy and ensures there is clear accountability coming out of the actions around these strategies. She also delivers a variety workshops on team communication, purpose, values and dynamics for teams and has led significant and complex projects across talent management and development, organisation restructuring and design, change management, and employee engagement. 

Jackie has worked with Boards to undertake Skills Assessments and identify the key knowledge, attributes and requirements for effective Board functioning. Solutions are then found either through recruitment of new capability or development of existing members. 

She is a Certified Level 1 Organisational Coach through The Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, an Accredited Practitioner in Hogan Assessments and also a Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors.
